Project Activities
The main activities of the project
:
1. Collecting and processing the data regarding the European Union policy in the domain of labour force migration, activity which will be strongly sustained by the representatives of Bologna City Hall;
-
information was collected regarding the transitory norms that regulate the free movement of the Romanian workers in the EU countries, the access of the Romanian citizens to a job in the EU countries; obligations of these and also of the employers; procedures to be followed in order to obtain a working licence in the EU countries that imposed transitory measures;

once this information was collected, it was intended to be processed so that it captures the citizen's attention, be understandable for everyone and last but not least respond to their interest and needs.
2. Realizing advertising materials, leaflets, booklets, banners with the processed information;

the processed information was presented in booklets and leaflets in a
language accessible to everyone. These materials are available at the two public institutions: Craiova City Hall and AJOFM (
County Employment Agency).
3. The acquisition of two info kiosks and the arrangement of two information points and their proper facilities ;

The two information points are settled at the headquarters of the two institutions: Craiova City Hall and AJOFM ( County Employment Agency). The location of the two information points and of the info kiosk was chosen so that it allows a number of citizens as large as posible, respectively all the interested people have access to the provided informational package.

It is considered that these information tools have the greatest impact in what regards informing the citizens and at the same time, by means of these modalities, the information will be provided for all categories of citizens, including the ones that do not have access to the Internet or to the ones that do not have the necessary knowledge for accessing information in electronic format.
4. Realizing and disseminating a documentary film and 3 advertising clips

With the purpose of obtaining an impact as strong as possible on the target group, 3 advertising spots and a short documentary film regarding the conditions, implications and work possibilities on the EU territory were realized.

This informing modality, complementary to the other tools of information dissemination, was chosen taking into consideration the coverage area, and the ease with which the presented European information reaches the people's homes, closer to these, in a language and form accessible to all categories of citizens.

The content and language of the advertising clips and of the documentaries, as well as their hours of emission, were chosen so that they obtain an impact as strong as possible on the citizens.
5. Creating a website with the collected information

All the information comprised on the web page are in Romanian and English. This information is structured on several levels:

detailed information

synthetized information
-
news section with the identification of the lately reference points in the fileds of interest
-
section of links that are representative for the fields of interest
-
also included are the questions and suggestions from the interested ones, by opening a forum on this web page, by means of which the visitors can ask questions and can converse about the field of interest, the answers being given by both the project team and by the other visitors.
