www.primariacraiova.roCraiova City Hall is the applicant of the project's financing and its coordinator.Craiova City Hall has experience in promoting and implementing programmes of the European Union as well as in knowing the conditions that must be fulfilled for accessing these programmes. It has experience in implementing projects in partnership with representatives of the civil society and is involved in multiple activities in common with the citizens and the non-governmental organizations at the local level.Also, Craiova City Hall has multiple concernments in the field of informing the public opinion and communicating with the civil society, regarding European themes, especially european policies and values. Craiova City Hall is part of the network of European information multipliers, consequently, signing, on March, 10, 2005 a partnership protocol in the activity of communicating on European themes within the Regional Convention of European information multipliers organized by the Representation of the European Commission and the Multipliers Network of the South and South-West regions. Thus, the City Hall of Craiova municipality brings its own contribution to the realization of The County Plan of the European Information Multipliers, submitting a series of European information actions. The present project, through the activities that it submits, comes to complete the diversity of the nominated actions for the realization within this county plan and at the same time, to offer a model of good practice based on the creation of active networks for European information. Thus, the project can be a potential model of good practice and for other local authorities that wish to disseminate the European information linked to the European Union policies and values, among its citizens. -

The responsibilities of The Social Services Department from Bologna Municipality are the promotion of quality and innovation within the social services for citizens, through the development of effective and efficient resources administration ways, the stimulation of the synergies between different institutions of public authorities and other actors that mutually contributed to the services offer, the supervision and coordination of the authorized services management: centers for the old, Public Health Service for the handicapped elder population; the administration of services addressed to the elder population (disadvantaged people, ex convicts, drug addicts, people without shelter, immigrant population and minors).
The Social Services Department is accordingly organized on administration services (programming, planning and control, administration and human resources) and execution services (for the social integration of the disadvantaged adults, minors, for immigration, for the procedures of finding shelter, for coordination and supervision of the authorized services).
Within the project, The Immigration service will offer a series of counseling and public information services as: counseling and informing the immigrant population from Bologna; counseling and informing the non-European citizens regarding the legislation, services and integration on the labor market; informing services regarding the procedural steps for immigrants from Bologna; cultural educational and translation services in order to facilitate communication; educational services for minors; the administration of the welcoming centers for immigrants and those who require shelter.
More than that, concerning the European policies problems, The International Relationships, Cooperation and Projects will assist The Department (under the order of mayor of Bolgna) whose responsibilities within the town hall are the supply of information to all the departments on the theme of European policies and legislation and support for the reposit and realization of European projects with the purpose of guaranteeing its correct implementation, according to the requests of The European Commission.

The main objectives of The County Employment Agency are:
· The institutionalization of the social dialogue in the domain of the professional occupation and education;
· The application at local and county level of the national strategies in the professional occupation and education;
· The application of the social protection measures of the people without a job.
For the realization of their objectives, The County Employment Agency, Dolj has the following main attributions:
· Organizes services for the occupation of labor force in Dolj county;
· Organizes, provides and finances, according to the law, professional education services for people without a job;
· Orientates people without a job and mediates with the employers in tha country, in order to realize the balance between requests and offers on the internal labor force market;
· Organizes establishment, payment and evidence services of the doles and, allowances financed from the budget of unemployment assurances.
Due to the fact that it holds the data bas with the number and the structure of the unemployed from Craiova Municipality as well as experience in carrying out projects and programs that aim the placement of the unemployed from Craiova Municipality on the labor market, I considered justified and appropriate the involvement in the project submitted by The County Employment Agency, Dolj, as an institution with attributions and responsibilities directly connected to the target group.
